Later on today.
I took a day off running today and decided to play tennis at the park which was fun a little. All the pros were there while I was playing against the wall trying to get there attention. But instead I met another boy that is 14 like me but he wasnt that good at tennis so I took it easy on him. But he did become a little bit of the pain by breaking the rules. He wasnt wearing any shoes, hitting balls on other peoples courts and chasing after them while they were in a middle of a game. Some guy actually tryed to kick us out think we were just some misfits from the hood that have no idea how to play tennis. By the way he was playing I knew he couldnt beat me I can ace him easly but I didnt really say nothing, didnt want to start anything. So instead I went to cleveland heights to play tennis which was fun. Now that I'm home I'm just sitting here typeing my blog. Wish I had some more followers I need new friends to talk to. Weekly update.
I recently became vegetarian and vegan sometimes and so far I am doing very good. I think I could stay this way for a long time even though now I have to cook and prepare my own food but yeah ive been doing really good lately. Ive also increased my running milelage to 48-50 miles a week and im doing it in vibrams. I thinking on going barefoot pretty soon. Yesterday Ive had cross country practice for the first time and they thought I couldnt keep up. I told them I could but they didnt believe me, so they said if I could keep up with this one girl named Brittany, she's a senior at my school that has been winning all the races in cross country I can join the team. For our run we had hill training. I've never ran up a hill to many times because Ohio is really flat land most of the time. I wish there were mountains in Ohio. So we had hill training and it was a really steep hill. The hill was like 1 1/2 mile up and we had to keep on running 2 more miles back to the school. When we had started Brittany had started about 10 min before me. And then my group started. The couch really didnt think I was really that fast and when my group started off they took off at a 9 min pace up that hill but I took off like a bat out of hell. Everyone was like WTF. So I ran up the hill in abou t 7 min and my legs were pretty much dead after that and then I had caught up to Brittany and past her. She stayed and followed be hind me. I could of just left her but I didnt really know the course that well so I stuck with her. With only a one fourth of the mile to go I stopped cause I fogot to drink some water before I started running. I had a headache, stomach ache, and dizzynouse. So I the rest of the way I went at an easy pace. But yeah I enjoyed cross country though I cant wait until wednsday for my next practice.

Milege
Im been having doubts lately on my milege becasue i think i havent been doing enough so im gonna start logging more maby about 40-50 miles a week maby. I need to stop doing 32mile a week because I need to make a change because i am a growing up boy about to be a man! I need to start doing 100mile weeks when I get older and win marathons and ultra's. Im going to stop being a slacker and get ouut there. Next year im going for a 2 hour marathon at the age of 15.

My week so far.
I've been logging decent milelage lately but right now im taking a 1 or 2 day break because I havent been running good after that week. I cant even run an easy two miles so I said to myself I need to take a break because I have to be ready for cross country tryout next monday so my legs need all the rest they can get. Ive recently became vegetarian and sometime vegan and my stomach started to hurt for a couple of days because my stomach needed to get use to having no meat If anyone comes and read my blog and there vegetarian can you give me some foods I can eat for protein because the only protein im eating is almonds and beans and some peanut butter. I would really apppretiate it and thanks.
